I have a rant.

Updates on this week.
Monday went to Tropicana City Mall at 10 a.m. for no apparent reason other than to kill boredom.
At 10 a.m., the mall is pretty much empty.
Subway had just opened as well.
You can tell because the girl at the counter punya makeup was still fresh. :P
Wanted to watch Ice Age 3 but the timing wasn't right. So ended up in the arcade instead. o.O
Lunch was Sushi Tei. Their waffle ice cream rawks!
Do not ask me what those two are giggling about. =.="

At night, went to celebrate Pina's (my maid) birthday.
She's only 1 or 2 years older than me!
SR's ice chocolate and orange juice.
I prefer the hot chocolate actually. D:
Sis and I shared these two dishes. I recommend their lasagna.
It's good.
Next day, went for lunch at the Mage Cafe. Yeah, funny place. o.O
Reminds me of those RPG fans gathering place, like some sort of guild. =.= But it's like one of Sir's second home. Apart, from Subway. =.="
Their main gimmick, games. Board games mostly. There are dozens of full shelves like these about the place.
Food is so-so.

Can people please stop pretending how selfless they are?
Because in all honesty, there is no such thing as a selfless person.
You don’t believe me? You’re saying “What about those brave soldiers/ doctors/ activists that have helped the world by sacrificing themselves?”
Well, you can go flush all those perceptions down the toilet.
Truth is, they are selfish people as well. Why did they do the things they do?
“Because they care for others. They want to help others.”
But why?
“So that the people can feel happy and safe.”
And why would they want that?
“So that they feel happy as well.”
Ding ding ding!
So that they themselves can have that sense of satisfaction.
Different people come with different priorities.
Looking at someone’s priorities sometimes can be deceiving. The ones that claim that they put others’ needs first are just fooling other people and themselves.
Just admit it: you do things to satisfy that innate need, depending on your priority. Whichever you put first, you will do it to gratify your own self.
Selfish.
Would you do it if say, your priority was yourself first? Would someone go save the victims of war if they put their family first? Or someone who cared more about animals fight for human rights?
Your needs come first. It’s always been like that. People just don’t see it that way. They assume since you want to do something for someone else, that automatically makes you altruistic.
But you only do it to make yourself happy. If you didn’t care about it, you wouldn’t do it.
You want to make your friends happy. Why? It makes you happy when they are happy, friends are important to you.
You fight for a cause. Why? You feel brave and worthy when you do it, it makes you feel good. For some, it may help wash away guilt. Then all would be right. For you.
For those people that say they put themselves first, or their needs first, people accuse them of being self-centred. Without realizing what hypocrites they are being.
Ultimately, it’s all down to the fact that it’s yourself yourself yourself, isn’t it?
